Hello, I would like to know if you ever announce East or Central's ROTC Drill Teams? These are extra curricular activities and this is a sport to those who are involved. The Drill Teams do practice all year and they have Drill Meets with other schools outside of Wyoming. What would need to happen for this to be added to the news?

I do like this new look and the new webpage, it is great!
So now KRRR went thru another format change again? *Sigh*, I think this what makes it the 4th or more?
So supper hits this time around, interesting. I hope this isn't satallite based programming! Cheyenne has enough stations like that already, from 92.9 to 103.3, and more. Cheyenne needs localized stations that can produce their own playlist. Satallite programming is not in touch at all with the station or city it is in.
Good luck again on this new format. I hope this time it works and lasts.
Posted by Neal on
Well this is great, so I type in the letters and if i get it wrong, the whole thing i wrote gets erased great!

Ok so again KRRR changes formats again. This time to a super hits station? Will I have seen KRRR go thru so many format changes over the years, I sure hope this lastest one works out this time. I hope this time it isn't satallite based, since Cheyenne has to many stations like that. Plus satallite can't be party of the community at all!
I do like the web page it is alot nicer, so good luck on this new format again.,

we really like your station; it allows us to get the local weather and news. i only have one complaint: you play lots of beatles, but elvis presley made a lot of hits in the 60s and 70s, yet you hardly ever play elvis! you need to play more, much more elvis!!!

I have listend to KRRR since the early days of no commercials, just music. A comment made this morning didn't sit well with me. Cowboy Bob was talking to a lady on the phone about how bad people have to stink at work before you say something. I believe the statement was: "How bad does someone have to stink before you have the balls to say something?" Has radio broadcasting sunken to a new low? You already have the best product - oldies music. Why mess with it?

Tired of the drug references by cowboy Bob this morning. Plus he talks over the music to much. He is the worst DJ the way he shouts all the time.
The New Afternoon DJ is good, he is well spoken and lets his personality work with the music to create a good show. Kudos for hiring him.
I will Change the station in the morning and turn it back in the afternoon.

The term was coined by a group of teenagers in San Rafael, California in 1971. Calling themselves the Waldos, because "their chosen hang-out spot was a wall outside the school," the group first used the term in connection to a fall 1971 plan to search for an abandoned cannabis crop that they had learned about. The Waldos designated the Louis Pasteur statue on the grounds of San Rafael High School as their meeting place, and 4:20 p.m. as their meeting time. The Waldos referred to this plan with the phrase "4:20 Louis". Multiple failed attempts to find the crop eventually shortened their phrase to simply "4:20", which ultimately evolved into a codeword the teens used to mean pot-smoking in general.

Now you know so be quiet.Play music

Hello dear friends!
I want to say thank you to all of your radio presenter.
Even in bad weather, your opinion is based on the heat, which

in spite of your mood, you give us warmth and love.
In recent years I've lived in your country, and
wake up and fall asleep to the sound of your radio. Unfortunately, I must

for your work - you give your audience a good mood!
Dear radio host, be happy!

Listen to you every school morning 7:35-7:50 while taking grand-daughter(Elizabeth 2nd grader)to school in Burns. She enjoys the music and I admire Cowboy's wit and humor so much that I often don't change stations after I let her off.
I would like to put a face with the voice but I've been searching the web for an hour trying to find a picture of Cowboy and haven't yet. Why don't you post pictures on your web site?
Hope you are around for a long time!

Where is your program guide? Am I missing something? Moreover, what radio station doesn't tout its on-air personalities on its website? This is a bit odd, frankly.
Posted by Jamie on
Wow... a lot of nay-sayers here... as far as I'm concerned I think KRRR and Cowboy Bob (and the rest of the group that runs the station!) ROCK!! This is the best station for listening to the radio at work and I enjoy the morning show with CB. Not too sure where the afternoon guy is from, but he's tolerable. Don't change a thing, KRRR. Thanks for putting a spring in my step and getting my days off to a great start!

You want to know who we think would be a good DJ?? How about the the great voice of Pepie, who plays with Allison Draw. Plus he performs oldies in their show.

Just my thoughts.
Posted by Glenda on
What happened to Cowboy Bob? Boy do I miss him. He definitely puts a smile on your face with a great start to the day. WHERE IS HE??
Posted by Geoff Gundy on
Folks, Cowboy Bob is retiring to his ranch up north where he can live the legend and be the true cowboy he is. He will, however, be coming back to do his final show on Thursday, June 16th!! Then, afterward his going away party is at the Redwood Lounge, and everyone's invited!

Thanks for continuing to listen while we search for our next wonderful morning talent. I know I'm no Cowboy (who is?), but I absolutely love this station and spending time with the KRRR listeners in the mornings, and I invite you to comment or call, and I hope you still enjoy KRRR mornings.
Posted by Jeff Davis on
Of course I love your station, and Bob too. I hope Bob is getting better, I miss him. Thank you Roger for taking my application, and I guess I need to put myself into the race to finish the morning slot. Keep on playing the classics...and I love KRRR!!!

I do like Geoff, loved Cowboy too. How about making it a team in the morning? I think that is what made Cowboy so special is that he played off of other people and made them all think they were one of his best friends. Tell CJ I said "Hola!"

Enjoy listening again in the morning and all day while at work. Don't miss cowboy at all, like Gundy talking to me instead of yelling all the time.
Cheyenne deserves a good polished radio station that is programed locally and I think now we may have one.

I found KRRR on my Internet Radio and then searched for the website.
Wyoming has not many FM radio stations but this is a station that really rocks.
I live in Sweden so this is a very exotic radio station for me.
I like the concept of non stop rock music all day long.
Shake it up!
Posted by Ashley Gator on
I'm guessing some of the previous comments about your website were posted by DJ's at some of the other stations that focus way too much time on trying to create a snazzy site but completely fail on playing great music. If I wanted to see the mugs of ugly burned out old men or trashy looking women I'd go elsewhere. When I want to hear the best music I tune to KRRR or listen online. No wonder KRRR is still the best local station. Thanks for the great music!
Posted by Frank on
Other stations talk about being the best, KRRR proves it time and again by just playing the best music. I honestly don't know anyyone that listens to the other guys. Keep on rocking.
